Terms & Conditions

Please review our rental policies and conditions before confirming your reservation.

Driver Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for all renters and drivers. Drivers must comply with all traffic laws and regulations of St. Maarten/St. Martin.

Authorized Drivers

Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers are not covered under the rental agreement or insurance.

Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the reservation date to avoid cancellation charges.

Vehicle Return

Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location. Additional charges may apply for late or unauthorized returns.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level received at pickup. A charge of US$10 per 1/8 tank will apply if fuel is missing.

Unlimited Mileage

Unlimited mileage is included with all rentals, allowing you to explore St. Maarten freely.

Late Returns

A one-hour grace period is allowed. After the grace period, an additional charge of US$10 per hour may apply.

Insurance Coverage

All rental rates include third-party insurance coverage. Additional coverage responsibilities remain with the renter unless otherwise agreed.

Traffic Fines & Violations

The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, parking tickets, towing fees, and violations incurred during the rental period.

Damage & Lost Items

The renter is responsible for damage to the vehicle, lost keys, tools, accessories, tires, rims, or any items provided with the vehicle.

Accidents & Damages

All accidents, theft, vandalism, towing incidents, or damages must be reported immediately to Concorde Car Rental.

Cleaning Policy

Vehicles returned with excessive sand, stains, animal hair, smoke odor, or dirty interiors may result in additional cleaning charges.

Non-Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside rental vehicles. Cleaning fees may apply if evidence of smoking is found.

Child Seat Policy

Child seats may be available upon request. Damage or loss of child seats may result in additional charges.

Prohibited Use

Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, racing, reckless driving, off-road use, or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Personal Belongings

Concorde Car Rental is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of St. Maarten. Any disputes may be handled through the appropriate courts of St. Maarten.
